Validity & valid versus invalid approach with regards to the NB-OT setting up subject candidates for failure & using them as scape goats for a often destructive agenda to sabotage said subject candidates using their bodies for game 

People debunking fact using manufactured fact calling out fact using such to turn filtered past-present interests rhen connecting local, domestic & international against subject cnafistses to isolate, discredit, strip & seize to then shame using false claims against fact pushing belief scenarios for control 

Efforts in turning people + groups against people using false claims to isolate, discredit & shame what never happened stating it did for control as illegal acting sabateurs 

The image, character, credibility & reputation of people in their professional & private lives or time in public & actives with events + screened social circles 

To kick at their confidence & knock them down in assumed hierarchies versus valid professional - private + public past-present then of was of focus on schedules 

The financial scheme looking to target people for alleged "rat packs" in a for profit model to gain socially - financially at the expense of others brains - bodies & lives rhen complaining that their time is money so they are deserving of compensation while negatively a reflecting others lives in ways 

This includes knocking down target subjects socially & economical hitting at them for gain while leaking information using non-Standardized Lab equipment illegally hooked up to their preys brain - body 

The job & interest of the NB-OT Labs is a chaos based destructor & distractor to waste time to hold down targets for social - financial gain
