Purpose & goals with a for-profit or fair for-profit & not-for profit approach in contraction - expansion or preservation variable in fluctuating numbers against inflation with expenses versus profits then months at a loss versus profit to manage then a piggybacked effort to develop a tree effect to grow & sustain 

The NB-OT Labs argue that they or others are superior & more deserving 

Employees or contract term employees operating under a contract within each quarter with performance reviews within operating expenses then fit into different role hierarchies for the purpose of operational balancing to exist yet argue often with moles, scabs or double- triple+ agent threats internally & externally with withheld information on roles allowing for clearance levels on a private sector approach perspective

Deserving or Not Deserving 

People involved operating at or with the NB-OT Labs have a knowledge or ability & capability ceiling leading to limitations in their vocabulary & style confining them into a basic to light mid level not mid level or advanced understanding of Earths history then language or style + communication which holds them back so they often become defensive & triggered in an argumentive adult impatient rigid one in response which then translates to comparisons to film, news events or legal cases & or music or their own experiences

Research capability then your ability to express an opinion against others then argue & challenge then cite sources with your expressed effort for different layered purposes as planned to get your point across effectively to an audience in text or vocal form in engaging way
